This set was released in 1979, and is now retired. It is also missing many of the pieces advertised. It contains several base plates and the bricks, instructions. There are also no mini figures.

The following pieces are missing in this set:
- tires and rubber
- doorframe
- windshield
- no red gate
- mechanic minifigure
- Yellow steering wheel
- Hook and handle
- wrench
